If you have no email where you can receive your tickets?
The system send/s ticket/s immediately and absolutely reliable.
- In the rare cases that the receipt by email of your ticket/s is hindered or delayed in any way, please be patient.
- Check the capacity of your mailbox (Is your mailbox full?)
- Check your spam box and check the parameters of your spam filter
If you still haven’t received email tickets then,
please inform us immediately.

We will happily resend the email. But it is your responsibility to notify us in this case.
Should you no longer have the possibility to order tickets from us, you can in that case, and that case only, use this
order confirmation for replacement tickets.
- Present yourself before the start of the event at the entrance to the admittance checkpoint.
- Be prepared with a valid identification document.
