Ticket/s not received?

The system send/s ticket/s immediately and absolutely reliable.
  • In the rare cases that the receipt by email of your ticket/s is hindered or delayed in any way, please be patient.
  • Check the capacity of your mailbox (Is your mailbox full?)
  • Check your spam box and check the parameters of your spam filter

If you still haven’t received email tickets then, please inform us immediately. By telephone, fax, or email to where_are_the_tickets@okticket.de

We will happily resend the email. But it is your responsibility to notify us in this case.



Ticket/s Cancelled?

If the organizer allows the possibility of canceling tickets, then according to the regulations of our AGB this may be done up to a maximum of eight days before the event:
  • Send the ticket confirmation mail of the order back to us
  • Should you wish to cancel only a part of the order, provide the numbers of the tickets to be cancelled
  • A reverse transfer less 2,50 Euro per ticket for cancellation costs will be sent only to the bank account of the ticket purchaser.


I pay ticket/s by transfer, Money arrives at okticket too late?

After the expiry of the payment period (7 days) the automatic cancellation can not be undone:
  • Your booking is cancelled and tickets have been returned to the inventory for sale.
  • You will be informed by e.mail
  • Your cancellation has been stored in the admission scanner’s program.
  • The admission scanner recognizes invalid tickets and refuses them.
  • Do a new online order

Before the expiry of the payment period (7 days) is an extension of time for good reason possible:
  • Message with your name and order number by e-mail to ticket@okticket.de
  • As far as possible Ticket/s will be resend and period will be extended to 7 days


Give away / pass on personalized tickets?

The following should be noted regarding admission to a Personalized Ticket:

At the entrance an identification document (ID card) must be presented, which matches the name of the ticket purchaser. The ticket purchaser plus any accompaniment with valid ticket will be admitted. If the ticket purchaser does not visit the event himself, a copy of his ID card must be presented. In case of refusal of admission due to lack of ID card no refund of the ticket price will be made.

Resale prohibited, profit-oriented activities are prosecuted.
